Book Coaching For Romance Authors
For authors seeking motivation , Accountability, and support
Writing is hard
book coaching can help
You’re writing a novel—or at least trying to, but you’ve hit a bit of a snag. You might have questions, or maybe you just don’t know where to start. Sometimes, friends or family can’t offer you an unbiased opinion or more information than you can google.
As introverted and self-isolating as I tend to be, I have realized that we can’t always figure everything out on our own. Coaching can give you a fresh perspective on your story ideas, motivation and support to keep working on your draft, and information on publishing and marketing your book.
How do you know if book coaching is right for you?
I don’t actually think there’s a limit on what a book coach can help you with as far as getting your story out into the world. Every author-coach relationship is unique, and how they work together depends entirely on the areas where the author needs support. This can include:
- Helping an author pick one idea to work on out of their ever-growing list
- Helping you fit writing into your already busy schedule
- Keeping you motivated by creating accountability plans to help you meet your writing goals
- Providing periodic deadlines and writing critiques
- Guiding an author through the outlining process
- Helping you beat writer’s block
- Brainstorming marketing ideas before and after your book launch
- and so much more!
This sounds good...
How does it work?
Some authors only need 1 or 2 hours with me to help brainstorm story ideas or create a writing plan. Others want a little more consistent feedback. That’s why I offer three different coaching options. I only take a limited number of coaching clients a month.
